Although Horn & Associates, Inc. is a new corporation; its employees and
associates roots are in recovery audit reviews of the private sector -
primarily in retail, wholesale and manufacturing industries. We have now
expanded our auditing experience and technology to the public sector. Horn &
Associates key management team has over 30 years of experience auditing enormous
amounts of financial data (often including multi-terabyte files) from our
clients.
The staff developed consists of experienced auditors with a sound understanding
of suppliers and service providers, and their relationship to various agencies.
Our auditors have extensive knowledge of contracting and vendor relationships
with Governmental Agencies and understand the art of professionalism and
efficiency.
We currently utilize a pool of 30 reviewers that average 10 years of A/P
auditing experience. The key management personnel average 15 to 30 years of
auditing experience. Our Team approach to any recovery audit is to analyze the
scope of the audit and assign the necessary personnel needed to complete the
audit in a timely and professional manner.
